Leo Grouten, a third-generation farmer, got his start with vegetables at 11 years old. Since then, he's gotten picky about the quality of produce he offers the customers who stop by the farmstand to find fresh vegetables. Grouten Farm offers peppers, pickles, cucumbers, eggplant, potatoes, tomatoes, beans and corn (very soon) at the stand at 189 Red Oak Hill Road. (Credit: Meghan Moore).
